Illegal Activities:

- To create false evidence or manipulate legal proceedings
- To interfere with elections or democratic processes
Harmful and Unethical Uses:
- To impersonate others for malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- To create content for harassment, bullying, blackmail, or revenge
- To create defamatory, libelous, or reputation-damaging content
- To violate any person's privacy, dignity, or intellectual property rights
- To spread misinformation, disinformation, or fake news
- To create content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

5. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
6. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Violations of our acceptable use policy, particularly regarding sexual or illegal content, will result in immediate permanent termination without refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind after successful processing
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase
- Provide your transaction ID from Stripe
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
Free Tier
The free 4-second preview service is provided as-is with no refunds applicable, as no payment is required.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
